Youth Coaching/Mentoring
Mentors 360 is a transformative mentoring initiative designed to foster growth and support among youth. In this program one adult mentor is paired with one teen youth ambassador and one teen mentee, creating a dynamic trio. Mentees, aged 13-18, are in their first year of the MYDG's 360 development cycle, while youth ambassadors are former mentees who have successfully transitioned to mentoring roles. This unique structure not only bridges the age gap but also allows ambassadors to learn the art of mentorship from adult mentors, all while providing invaluable support to their mentees, creating a continuous cycle of supported development.

Leadership Development Assemblies
Our TED Talk-inspired school assemblies are designed specifically for students in Title I schools. These engaging sessions aim to instill leadership skills, ignite motivation, and help teens uncover their sense of purpose. With inspiring stories and interactive discussions, we empower young minds to embrace their potential and make a positive impact in their communities.

Service Projects
Our quarterly service projects are youth-coordinated initiatives designed to provide mentees with hands-on experience in leadership and project management. These projects not only enhance their skills but also foster strong sense of civic responsibility. By engaging in these meaningful activities, participants learn the importance of teamwork and service, preparing them for future challenges.
